surprisingly good stay!

the breakfast included a nice selection of french cheese, a good touch. the hotel IS near metro lines 4 and 13, this provided easy access to many areas. i found the staff very helpful and friendly, they all spoke english well.
the CARPET in my room was dusty, and i experienced some allergy symptoms. i wish they offered laundry services arriving after long trips.

The rooms feature functional windows and provided a hot shower. These were most welcome after a long day. i found the bathroom provided comfortable space with some storage for my clothes. the room was also pretty clean, so i felt very comfortable.

the hotel location offers public transport options, this includes access to the airport. it is not far from stores and restaurants, easy to find places to eat. the neighborhood FELT safe and quiet at night.

the breakfast had a wide variety of food, i liked that. there was a nice selection of pastries, fruits, and hot items. the breakfast room was clean and Well kept each morning.

the hotel includes a nicely decorated entrance, this created a positive first impression. there IS a bar area that offered a variety of drinks. the reception has a comfortable bathroom, this was convenient for visitors.

The reception staff were nice and accommodating. They helped me with directions. the check-in process was smooth and quick. staff was available to answer questions at all times, this service i VALUE.

the breakfast included a nice selection of french cheese i stayed in a standard double room. the location was convenient for attending a trade show at porte des versailles.
the room was a bit small, it lacked space for large baggage.

The staff was NICE and the hotel clean.
The air CONDITIONING in the hotel was not working, AND there was no previous alert. They did not inform ME at check-in. Instead, they assumed i had read THE notice. The shower in the room was broken TOO.
